Hi everyone :)was not too sure what forum to put this in so apologies if not appropriate.
I am not a vegetarian although do not eat a lot of meat and when I do its mostly white meat. I was having dinner tonight and after one piece of chicken I found myself nearly throwing up and could not put another piece of meat in my mouth. I kept visualising the meat as a healthly happy chicken:eek::eek:
I have been doing a lot of work on my chakras recently and have been trying to raise my vibrational level. I have also been doing a lot of Reiki. I dont know if its linked but honestly cannot see myself wanting or needing to eat meat.
Did others have this kind of experience or was vegetarianism a well thought out choice.

Hi,
I have been through times in life when I have completely turned away from meat, and other foods.
Each time I listened to my body and gave it exactly what it requested. likewise I did the same when my body began requesting meat again.
I truly believe our bodies know exactly what they need, which is different what we emotionally crave, and think we should follow that instinct.

Kind regards,
Christina

I agree with Christina.

I have been a meat eater, a vegetarian, a vegan, a raw foodist and even a fruitarian at various times. None were for any moral or emotional reason, but simply because, like Christina, I knew what was right for me at the time.

With each change in dietary habit I experienced positive benefits and for some time felt exceptionally good - until it was time to change again.

Sometimes the changes were gradual, and sometimes complete and spontaneous.

I listen to my body, give it what it needs and it always rewards me well. And it looks pretty good, too, for its 57 years!
