as far as i know medically soya milk is not recommended for babies unless they have an allergy, it can mess around with thyroid function and also discolour the teeth quite badly in kids.

told by local hospital ( had a bone scan) it was bad for bones..
but I have found soya milk has loads more calcium in it.. 3x more than semi-skimmed milk.
the percentage was higher for the soya than s/skm milk. 😮
I love it and I have thyroid problems..

Since I stopped drinking milk, and went on to soya I just dont seem to get anywhere near as many coughs and colds!
