How long does it take to rid myself of acne - I mean the kind that is dormant but makes my cheeks look like orange peel and my nose to have squeezable pores.

I have been completely vegetarian now for about 3 months with a blip of one week where I ate some scampi.

I have so far cured myself of a stomach ulcer and my gallbladder complaint, and I am losing weight (slowly) but I have still got terrible skin.

Please tell me the quickest way to get my looks back.

ps - I am taking wormwood tea every day, and I use green cardamons in nearly all my cooking.

Hi Patience! I had really bad acne when I was a teenager. Now I'm in my early twenties my skin is much better. I don't think becoming a veggie made any difference either way. My best friend had worse spots than me and she's got amazing skin now. My doctor said it was hormones or growing up and not to worry.

Try giving up dairy.
Dairy can play a major part in the problem of acne.

This link will explain some of the link, its about 1/4 of the way down

It maybe at least a few weeks before you notice any changes as it will take for your body time to 'clean out' .

Good luck
