Mince Rogan Josh
500g Extra lean steak mince
1 med onion chopped
2tbs Med curry powder
400g tin chopped tomatoes
2tbs tomato puree
1 tbs ground coriander
1tsp artificial sweetener
Brown the mince in a frying pan or wok and drain off any excess fat. add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 -30 mins. Serve warm with a large salad
