Homemade Museli recipe

Hi does anyone have a good home made recipe for Museli using oats (no wheat or wheat products)

I make it using porridge oats, whole rolled oats, oat bran, mixed dried fruit as preferred, chopped nuts (not peanuts) and ground almonds. You can toast the nuts lightly - watch carefully if you have them under the grill as they burn very easily and too much heat damages the beneficial oils. If you have blood sugar problems add some cinnamon - but really it is up to your taste. You can vary it each time you make it up.

You could also use buckwheat, millet or amaranth flakes too if you wish - they are gluten-free.
