Anyone tried these? I had an improvised one this morning - spinach, kiwi, banana and soya milk. It looked radioactive but it tasted divine! Apparently it's a great start to your day and can even help with weight loss. I managed to go 4 hours without feeling hungry after it. Yum! :027:
It sounds good, thanks.
This is a juice rather than a smoothie, but three parts Granny Smith apple to one part lemon or lime, plus a good sprig of mint, through the juicer is absolutely divine (and also nice and green). I'm sure other things could be added to thicken it or boost the nutritional content.

Sounds excellent! Remember to drink them within half an hour of making them for the best benefits or they start to deteriorate when the enzymes start breaking them down.
Green Smoothies - are the most important part of my diet : )
I eat high raw and have two green smoothies a day, you get so used to them looking like the bottom of a pound but full of superfoods that you really don't mind.
Love this stuff 🙂 My favourite is Spinach-Mango-Juice... yum, yum... 😀

I love making smoothie at home; green smoothie really helps me to lose weight it also helps me to detoxify. I love my green smoothie with spinach or kale. I recently make lemon, bitter gourd, cucumber and celery smoothie. It is bitter but has many benefits in our overall health.
All these sound yummy! I often mix up mint, lime and pineapple with a bit of kiwi. Tasty and loaded with vitamins:D
Green smoothies are all the rage these days with many people consuming them every day or at least several times a week in an attempt to get healthy and “alkalize” the body.
Awesome! I have to try this. Thanks for sharing...
I love smoothie too, I have to have one glass a day in the mornings.
