Hi all,

I would like some advice about becoming a Pilates instructor.

I am male 45 years old, fit enough and regular at gym or exercise.
I use to be a Volleyball player semi-pro and used to play a lot of tennis.
I have been doing Pilates regulary for 3 years.

I suffer of chronic back pain once a year, but now I know exactly how to stop it and fix it in 3/4 days.

Because I enjoy so much Pilates and all around it I would like to become instructor to help also other people. Also I have many years of training sessions as I used to be a trainer for languages, one-to-one or small groups.

Please let me know what is the best way to start for me.

Thanks

What a great idea 🙂 Have you looke at the main pilates websites? The foundation and the .co.uk site? Not sure if links are allowed here so I won't post them but they are easy to find in google 🙂 Good luck.

Hi Cascara

Yes you can add a link in the text of your post as long as it is not a link to your own website and you have no business connection with them.:)
