of so there are some good beginners pilates on there channel 275 body in balance

would however recommend you got to a "live" pilates class as then you would get the benefit of being properly observed

have seen so many people at my yoga classes ( and pilates classes ) doing what they think is right when their position and alignment is actually causing them more harm than good

you cant better having a teacher observe and advise and correct you

not sure i can commit to a regular class unless it's a daytime one plus I don't know any good ones locally.
