In the begining...there was nothing...but within the nothingness...was everything..

How often do you sit and think about the events of your life?*
You know!
How often do you spend quality time with you?
You know?
Perhaps life has dealt you a few blows to the heart
You know.
Quality time?
Not the kind where you watch tv, play a video game, go out and get wrecked with your pals.
I mean sit still
Be quiet for a while
Remember when you was a child. And you swung high on a swing. Flopped your head and shoulders back and looked up at the clouds going back and forth. Remember that child?
Go back visit yourself in moments like that
Be there again...feel it
No matter what you see.*
That child needs you to remember who you are. Within the child lies the healer.
We are all heading back to where we are from.
Remember that part of you that is so often buried beneath mountains of responsibility.
No matter what that is today
No matter the events and consequences of your life. Remember and bring the child you with you.
That is quality time.
If you are a giver.. the time you gave yourself in quality time*Will enable you to give properly.
Not because you give to be seen giving.
If you are an artist or musician
Your creative will come from an original and unique place and ideas flow freely like a fountain of light.
Remember yourself back then.
You will find you are still here. That same child. The same hopes and dreams.*
We are all heading back to where we are from
Bring that child into the now.
Let you be here fully in the now
Let that child stand in todays shoes
You will not grow old and bitter
You will always be young
Youre life will have greater meaning and purpose
But most of all you will really and truly
Be you.

In the begining...there was nothing...but within the nothingness...was everything..Just some thoughts that I wanted to share.

Hello Paulbee, thank you for posting that your timeing is spot on as I made a commitment to myself 2 nights ago to start doing some much needed Inner Child work, work which I thought I had done until I realised I've not done anywhere near as much as I thought and that even if I had it never really ends.

thankyou Rebecca
When we were kids we pretended to do grown up things. Most of us still do that now we are adults...pretending isnt necessarily pretentiousness.. Because in the acting, we learn to put ourselves in a situation through imagination. And memories co-ordination and ideas are made.so in that respect we exercise that aspect of our mind and brain. We enjoy the learning of things if they are fun for us..so play everyday. Thats how we teach children.through play. Nothing changes coz Im a 46 year old child. No academics required. But I feel great lol peace Paul x
