I'm going to be offering meditation classes but also incorporate it into my wellbeing treatments.
does anyone do this with any success?
I used to attend group meditation sessions and found them very good, we discussed different ways to meditate then finish with a guided meditation.
I'm just wanting to get back into it and going on a refresher course soon to get me up to speed with whats what.
any tips/suggestions/successes gratefully accepted.

I still intend to incorporate it into one to one treatments, and I've been asked to run a 2 hour group session at a local school for parents so no ruling it out entirely.
Hi May, you might want to check out the group in Durham Library on Saturdays, they teach really deeply about meditation practice.
