Hi all,

I'm new to meditation, I can only really manage it with guided mediation as I seem to drift off all too easily and find it hard to focus and find a quiet place away from the rest of my family!

Yesterday during a guided meditation I saw the colours gold and orange really clearly, also Horses, possibly in a battle but definitely a group situation, but not in an aggressive way if that makes sense - I wondered if anyone could explain the significance of this? I'm sure the horses had riders although these were not visible to me - the horses were the main focus - I felt very tired after the session, not disturbed at all by what I'd seen, the colours were quite lovely, especially the gold

thanks, would love to hear any comments on this

Hi Bunchie,

The thing with interpreting dreams or vision in meditations is to look at it from how You understand it and what it means to You. There are of course people out there who will happily tell you what such and such means (usually for a price or if you buy their book), but the significance of something to you depends on how you associate that in your own life.

In terms of meditation, it can take time and practice to get into a regular deep meditation, and most would say that what you see or feel during a meditation session should just be let go, otherwise you are putting your focus on those things and not letting the mind become clear and thus not achieving deeper states of meditation.

Hi Bunchie . 🙂

I would say many find It difficult to drift off bunchie . That’s what many are trying to achieve lol . Meditation Is one of those things that will have many purposes/uses connected with It to the Individual .

Some may meditate to just simply relax or de-stress whilst others practice meditation to find themselves .

A one pointed focus suits some whilst not focussing suits another, music may or may not be preferred and group meditation may be likened rather than sitting In solitude .

Personally I prefer solitude with no music and just allow what happens happen . It can take a long while to get In to the zone though, and yet when your In the zone you don’t know your In It . . ha ha

Horses and colours can have many meanings - I have had them myself . I had a horse vision where It was let off In to a field and was freed from It’s enclosure (relating to freedom of self) and I have had visions horses regarding past life experience so as you can gather there are many meanings .

I would say though that If the focus was mainly on the horses then It can relate to energies that are within and around you . Like the chariot card In the tarot deck, the horses are the energy source that provides the power to move forward .

Orange and gold are energy colours also (although all colours are) So perhaps a surge of energy / movement Is upon you .

daz .
