Grounding and Connecting to the Universe

Hello all,

I am searching for a downloadable guided meditation incorporating both grounding (roots embedding from soles of feet into the Earth, etc) and also connecting to the Universe (Crown chakra opening/beam of light from head, etc) to help me prepare before Reiki sessions... I can't seem to find one with both visualisations, only Grounding OR Connecting. Can anyone help point me in the right direction please?
