Fountain Group

Looks very good. I have never heard of "Fountain" before but I have been to a talk years ago by Hamish Miller, read his book "The Sun and the Serpent" (which I would recommend) and a ritual at his home in Cornwall. He is giving a talk at their 2009 Conference. (It's still all a bit flakey for me though!)

He talks about working with earth energy lines to heal the planet. Communities; people coming together to do this work are very much part of this. Hamish Miller has been a significant figure in this movement. The story he tells is convincing and he comes across as a very genuine man. (I am open minded even if I am a sceptic).

On a personal level, I recently had an experience as part of a small group that happened to be in a sacred structure built at at a place chosen for it's earth energy. We dedicating our intentions to work together in the service of the greater good. We felt a swirling energy go through us and upwards in light and downward into darkness. Each of us felt this independently. (The possibility of this phenomenon had not been discussed by us before the event.) It was a most powerful and positive experience. It was an experience that is utterly consistent with Hamish Miller's hypothesis; that engaging in spiritual practice on earth energy lines brings healing to both humanity who walk upon "mother earth" under "father sky" as well as to the biosphere and geosphere itself.

TY for your reply Norbu. I have known about Fountain for some years, since first reading about their work at Brighton initially.
It certainly seems to have potential but it does seem peoples awareness of it is very patchy. I have their DVD but have never watched it all through 🙁 - something I think I will try to do this weekend.

What an interesting idea, I belong to many different reiki groups and this seems a nice addition to be investigated further 🙂 Thanks
