I just wanted to say thank you to Louise Froggett, who was looking for people to take on for Life Coaching earlier on this year, during her training, andasked for"guinea pigs"here on a post inHP's Life Coaching Forum.
The Life Coaching Techniques were just what I needed to bring some order into what was promising to be a chaotic situation, as my son and his girl-friend and toddler had moved in with us (they are still here), and there were 7 of us living here, and with no clearly defined roles, I felt as if I was doing all the work, and was starting to feel resentful. She helped me to do what I knew I needed to do but felt powerless to do it: practicalities like rotas for housework, and arranging times where we could all talk and everyone felt they had some input into our domestic lives. It also seemed when we first talked that my youngest son was going on a downward spiral - withLouise's help he is now on an upward one. She is has helped me in so many waysand I feel quite a different person to the one I was in the summer. I was very unfocussed when we first spoke and was even thinking of changing career: she helped me see that I was actually perfectly suited to what I doing.
So there we are. I just wanted to say that I think Life Coaching is a very useful tool, and I have every intention of using it again when I can't see the wood for the trees. It's great to have an impartial person, (not a friend, becuase they always have their own agenda), who can help you see a situation with fresh eyes.

Not only is it good news that you've got things back on track, but a fine antidote to some of the nonsense that's talked about coaching ... I mean generally, not on HP.

It was such a pleasure to work with Sharon and I always looked forward to our sessions. When you work with someone that is open to change and new techniques then it makes coaching a very fluid, natural and enjoyable process.
I am so thrilled that you found working together such a positive experience and, whilst I may have helped with some gentle guiding, all the success you have achieved has been down to your hard work and commitment.
You are a really special individual, mum and teacher. I was lucky we found each other.

I, like yourself, have been very fortunate in having an opportunity to work with Louise, making the most of her special abilities to work through the ridiculous mess that was "my life"! Please note the word "WAS" 😀
Thanks to Louise I was able to find myself and focus on what I really wanted from life - and had a whole lot of fun doing it. I was so full of positive energy after every session with her and now have a fresh "wonderfully sparkly" appreciation of myself, all that I am and all that I have in my life.
So many friends have commented on the difference in me since starting lifecoaching sessions with Louise that even the most sceptical are now wondering whether they should try a few sessions to sort themselves out!
