Hi
I am looking to become a life coach, and just need to ask some advice.
Given the current economic climate would this be a bad time to move into this area?
Also
Has anyone heard of New Insights Life Coaching, and any opinions ??
Thanks

Hi 🙂
I was just curious..is New Insights Life Coaching your own coaching company?
Hi Funkymonkey
I wouldn't let the economic climate stop you from moving into this area, even in boom times coaches give up on their practises. It's a matter of perspective, we are hearing of lots of bad financial news however there are lots of businesses thriving too.
There is a lot you can do with coaching and if anything more people are looking for help due to the instability forcing them to ask the big questions. If it's corp coaching you are into then there are opportunities arund redundancies, career coaching, motivation for sales teams etc. Opportunites are everywhere, it's a matter of how you look at things.
And no I've never heard of New Insights, I trained with Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and highly recommend their courses.
Hope that helps
Lola
New Insights
Hi
Sorry for the belated reply.
Personally i dont think the economic climate is anything to be concerned about, in fact I have noticed a sharp increase in enquiries. Not just in personal clients but also with business owners who realise they have to keep themselves focused and on track to compete well with the other businesses they compete with.
As for New Insights, I trained with them before I re-trained with the Coaching Academy. Happy to discuss NI off line. In a nutshell, dont go there.
kind regards
Aly
