The chinese do exercises for the eyes, for example circling, diagnols, up and down and side to side. I find wathcing a fast moving sport such as Hockey or tennis is similar also.

Sivananda Yoga also teaches these eye exersicses, left ti right, up and down, diagonal and circliing in both directions as though looking at a clock.
Make sure you are sitting, looking at a blank wall and don't go to fast as it could make you feel a bit quesey!

I heard that these exercises helpin improving our eye sight and even youcan get rid of your glasses if done regularly.

I once sent away for an eye exercise video. It was from New World Music but unfortunately I can't remember it's exact title.....It was something like "Improve Your Eyesight"
Can I just say it was a total waste of money, I learnt nothing from it. I found out later that a friend had also bought it but she sent hers back and demanded a refund as she too, found it was useless. I'm not as brave as she was so I just chucked mine away....but I would hate anybody on here to waste their hard - earned money on the same video.
However I do believe that our eyes, like everything else in our bodies,probably benefit from regular exercise and I think the exercises mentioned on here are a good thing to practise.

Did you hear about EMDR which is a Therapy technique, espacially used to help people in a post-trama position.
It is a very interesting tool.
