Help nearly all of our conifers have died, they have just reached the height that we wanted about 6 feet and now they are all going brown. Any suggestions, have I truly lost them or is there anything we can still do maybe?

After the recent hard winter there may be some " burning" of the ends of the foliage, I would wait a while before doing anything drastic. Trimming them whilst there is a possibility of a frost is damaging.

could be red spider mite, this is a common cause.

Is there any sign of new growth?

generally if totally brown - not a good sign its died

if jst some brown then it could have been due to the extreme coldness of the winter
