Hello,
The last couple of days I have a sharp constant pain in the outer side of my left breast, and I have a funny feeling in my nipple, which i feel i have to squeeze to get rid of the nipple pain........any ideas what it could be?

Could be an infection of one of the milk ducts - get it checked out girl!
Breast pain
Hi Laura,
I agree with Chris you should get it checked. But a frequent cause of breast pain is omega 3 and/or magmesium deficiency; so if the Dr doesn't find anything this may be something you could delve into.

do you drink loads of caffeine...I had pain in my breast that came and went but cutting out the caffeine worked a treat.
I don't drink tea or coffee and no fizzy drinks....
pain in the left breast
Hi! I have gone to my OB-GYN for the past year as I am in my forties and have occassional pain in both breasts, more on the left. I had a Mammogram and a Breast ultrasound and was found to be alright. She said that I am PMS-ing and if you are in your late forties, it could already be the onset of menopause and its effects. Best to get all the answers from your Doctor and ask what vitamins you can take for your particular age and for comfort. Godbless.
But I'm 25! I don't want to go the the menopause yet, i don't have children and would love to have a family. :012: 🙁
Hiya
I've had lumpy, sore, painful breasts since I was about 16! If it's different - and only you can tell whether it's different - then go and get it checked out. It's probably nothing but it can be sorted - but only if you go to the doctor's!

As an ex nurse I would mirror the advice already given about seeing your GP, just to be on the safe side.
I had a similar problem, in my early thirties, had it checked out and everything was fine...and don't worry, I wasn't going through the menopause 🙂
My GP came to the conclusion that it was non cyclical breast pain. Meaning it was not linked to my menstrual cycle. It did settle down and hasn't been an issue for years.

Hi.
If I can be of any help, by sharing my own experience. I began experiencing the very same when about 32, saw GP as felt concerned, then as I reached 35 it seemed to be even worse, so it was arranged for me tohave a mammogram, which showed nothing abnormal. Nurse asked me to try Evening Primrose Capsules, which I got and am on since -- never had a ny more trouble. I know we're all different, but I was having all sorts of pains, bumbs and itchiness around niples. Good luck my dear.
Pain has now gone......on it's own, just healed with time......although i did take 1 evening primrose capsule but that's it!! 🙂

That's good news 🙂
Sometimes these things just sort themselves out!

You know pain around breasts normally comes from one of two things or both. Either you wear underwire bras and / or you wear too tight of a bra. Both types will stop the flow of your lymphatic, Blood circulatory and mammary systems. You must get ride of those types of bras and wear a full type with good backing.
Next, add some olive oil in your massage cream and stat massaging your breasts two to three time a day until the pain is gone.
Good Luck
