Hello,
my name is Ben and I'm 30.
I'm having two problems with skin that are affecting my appereance and my self-esteem: worts (on my hands) and vitiligo (hands and eye outline).

I went to my GP, she suggested me to freeze the worts, while she didn't say anything about the vitiligo.

I freezed the worts many times, but everytime they get smaller without disappearing
completely, and after some time they grow back to the original size(or bigger).

I tried also different methods, such as applying banana peel, duct tape, garlic and even
self-hypnosis, to no avail.

They are really annoying to me, because I've been having them for quite a long time
(nearly two years) and every day I feel worried at work about people's reactions to them;
therefore, waiting for them to go away is an option I no longer contemplate.

I've read that hypnosis is statically proven to be quite effective for both worts and
vitiligo, so I'm considering to go for some hypnotherapy session.

Now the problem is: I'm Italian, I've been working for 4 years in London, so my English
is quite decent, but I think that an hypnotherapist could be more effective if she/he
could speak my native language.

For technical reasons, it's far easier to get an English hypnotherapist(if I want to get
an Italian one, I should go to Italy, which means that I should wait more, since I need to
give 4 weeks notice to get holidays from work).

What do you think? Should I go to Italy to an Italian one? Or go to an English one?
Or maybe you know of any Italian hypnoterapist working in/around London?

And: do you know how I could check the reliability/professionality of an Hypnotherapist?
The idea of someone taking complete control of my mind is a bit unsettling, so I really
need to make sure that the person is 100% reliable.

Thanx a lot for listening!:)
Any help or personal experience about worts and/or vitiligo and/or hypnotherapy is deeply
appreciated.
