Has anyone got any suggestions for some organic/ bleach and chemical free sanitary products? I now dread my period as i can only bear to wear sanitary towels and tampons for a couple of days before I feel so sore, dry and itchy, I then normally wear nothing and cope with the stains:( after my period I always have thrush like symptoms and cystitis... I never realised this was allergy and thought it was a consequence of hormone fluctuations but my GP says it is allergy and I should find organic products or try moon cup. Not so sure about the moon cup at the moment but wondered about cloth pads?

I would definitely have a try with the moon cup. And if you google organic sanitary towels, many sites come up. Got to rush, but know of a couple myself, not sure if still manufacturing. Back later.

I second trying Mooncup, I know it doesn't suit everyone, but it's kind to the environment and if you follow the correct usage you shouldn't have any irritation.

Yeah! I agree with , it's better than tampons or pads.
