The last time I had my hair trimmed was about 3 months ago. My fringe just seems to have got shorter, and it doesn't seem to be growing. Why is this? I use straighteners on their hottest setting every day and I try and use a heat defensive spray if I remember. I just wish my fringe would grow as it's too short. Anyone else had this problem?

Hair cannot stop growing - but it could be you have a lot of hair falling out and that what you are seeing is new hair growing.. I suspect the heat is not helping your hair and I am not sure a heat defensive spray would do an awful lot to help.

I would leave the straighteners off for a week or two and see what happens - but a hairdresser will be the best person to advise you. I know about hair because I do IHM - but I don't know as much as a hairdresser or Trichologist would.
