i know i havent been online in a while - but i have been a bit busy with school.

anywho - my hubby has these red marks - a few on his back, around his penis & balls, one right above his crack in his butt, and a few on his chest.

we did a seach for herpies, psoriasis, exima (sorry for the bad spelling) but none of these looked like what he has.

only a few have a yellowish sore in the middle, and the only cuase for worry is because this all started about a week ago - with one spot on his penis. the orig spot is roughly about 1cm big now, but just looks like a heat rash bump....

anywhere to start? we are putting an organic shea & coco butter on it at the moment. the bumps are not itchy, and we havent eaten anything out of the norm, or done anything drastic since this began. the only thing is he is a bit stressed out trying to find a job....he doesnt have allergies, and we dust every other weekend. i thought it might be dust mites - but then why would they attack him and not me? he has darker skin than me - and i normally attract the mosiquitoes/bugs....

any help would be great...thanks

Ada

RE: mysterious red bumps

Have you checked if it may be chickenpox?

RE: mysterious red bumps

nope - not chicken pox
they stopped coming up - but now some of them have blister like middles. the tops harden and then the skin falls off. he says their not painful, sore, or itchy. i thought it might be phsyriasis, but not sure.....he still doesnt want to go to the doc.

he is just putting raw shea butter on it.....he saw my acne cleared when i did this, so he did the same....its not making it worse, and they havent gotten any worse, but they are not healing either....

i thought he might be allergic to something (in the beggining) but these spots dont look like allergy spots either....and he doesnt eat many acidic things either.

he got these the day we had crazy sex (sorry to be so brunt) and it started with a oval red mark on his penis - then i noticed them sparatically located all over his body. none are close together except around his privates.....and i know i dont have any deseases - but im worried about having sex again!- and i really want to - driving me crazy!

i thought it might be stress, as sometimes he can worry, and we have been working on his resume and finding him a job....but he has been more stressed than this and those didnt appear...

our diets have been raw foods mostly, natural farmed food - completley organic, and now that i think about it we had some free range beef around that time as well. he is horrible at drinking enough water in the day....

any help? its been almost 3 weeks now and i cant think of anything!!!!

RE: mysterious red bumps

If its no better after three weeks I would seriously recommend yhe go to see his GP. CHances are its nothing serious, but its way better to be told that by someone who knows, than asking for vague advice on a forum - especially if you are worried, which you sure seem to be.

There is no need for him to be embarrassed - GP's have seen it all before.

For me this description is not enough to answer your question.
My best advice is to go to dermatologist or gp.
It can be even staph , folicula inflammation etc
It can be other issues
Do not squeeze this bumps (otherwise it can went to the blood and spreds on other body areas)
