When im having a conversation with someone, sometimes if i talk for a certain period of time i dont seem to be able to breathe properly and i have to stop in the middle of the conversation just to try and regulate my breathing.(like mid sentence) i have to stop and actually draw in air. My heart rate goes up (as expected) and my breathing is sort of gasping. Its not a major problem and im not too worried but i just wanted to know if anyone thought that it sounds strange or has any kind of opinion on it.
Could it maybe be a panic attack?
i dont think so? im not really panicking and its only for a couple of seconds...i think i just have an irregular breathing pattern which i only really notice when i talk for a long period of time
very good!
W0hen wow gold saw this card time, they feel am very surprised, aoc gold is also. They think it is very good, thanks!
re breathing problem
Hi dvid, I know it is quite a long time since you posted this concern, only your symptoms seem to be similar to my 19 year old son. He gasps for air, but only when he is feeling stressed, it does not happen when he is sleeping, although he is not likley to be stressed when asleep. Do you think that perhaps if you are feeling anxious, and that you tense yourself around your chest, and then have a need for air. Perhaps trying to make yourself relax in this area may help.
Hi dvid
I occasionally suffer with breathing problems, but mine is due to Asthma and Bronchiectasis, however, when a colleague of mine recently had breathing problems, her Doctor advised her that her iron was very low and that she would need to take iron tablets and this was the reason for her breathlessness.
At the time she told me this, I couldn't understand how her iron being low could affect her breathing, however, when I looked it up on the internet, it did confirm that if your iron levels are low it could affect your breathing quite considerably.
It took a few weeks for my colleagues iron levels to return to a normal reading and her breathlessness has completely gone ...
It may be worth getting your iron levels checked just to rule out this possibility!
