Hi all, i am new to this website so i apologise in advance if my question has already come up in previous posts.
I had a missed miscarriage in December and suspect i had a very early miscarriage this month also. I am interested in alternative therapies, and last night have left my rose quartz crystal and moonstone crystal in a bowl of rock salt (not sure this was the right thing to do or not).
I am now unsure how to recharge and program them, or if there are other stones that are better to help prevent miscarriage?? Should i wear stones or is carrying them in a pouch ok??
Also, any other suggestions more than welcome, whether that be herbs to use, teas to drink etc etc.

Hello Pepper Pixie and welcome to HP,
These last few months must have been heart breaking for you, and I wish you all the best as you seek to find the answers you're looking for.
May I suggest that you try carrying out a holistic audit to help you. It's quite simple, but it will help you target areas where you can maximise your health and wellbeing. If you do it with your partner it can be fun too, encouraging each other.
But firstly you should get checked out by you GP just to make sure there's no medical reason why you miscarried.
Then it's check, diet, exercise, emotional and spiritual.
Diet, try and cut out processed foods from your diet because they are high in salt and sugar. Eat plenty of fruit and veggies and cut down on red meats. Try and eat oily fish a least once a week. Eat breakfast everyday, i.e. porridge with fruit. Eliminate Sodas, i.e. coke, energy drinks and minimise your cafine intake. Only drink alchohol within the recommended guidelines.
Makes sure you take regular exercise several times a week.
Identify and stresses in your life, i.e. Work, Family and relationships. If you have stresses, use some of the techniques you read about on HP to help you manage them. But remember the best was to de-stress is good healthy sleeping patterns.
The spiritual dimension is an essential part of life that is neglected in 21st century living. You don't have to be religious, some feed their spiritual side through the arts.
I've only given a brief outline of the holistic audit because it is applied to suit individual needs. But if you take in to account the whole, then I believe you will find what you're looking for.
Namaste,
Myarka.
Hi Pepperpixie and welcome to HP.
I can empathise with your situation as I too had a failed pregnancy in December, and still have days where I feel emotional about it!
Regarding the crystals, it is quite easy to charge them using your intention. You can meditate while holding them in your hand and state what purpose you wish them for. Both are lovely stones to use for your purpose.
I won't add any more on diet etc as myarka has given some very good advice already!
Hugs, star_dust
Hi Pepperpixie,
You have all my heartfelt sympathy, I can understand fully how you are feeling - devastated. Please try to get yourself some armotherapy massage treatments or reflexology as they certainly help greatly to ease the stress and lonliness etc. Then try take some Buckwheat, can take a spoon or two in the morning with cereal or use in baking. I've seen several cases of great fruitfulness after a few months on this. Will give you more details if you wish.
With love and every good wish for a brighter future.

Couldn't find out to add a quote but in reply to:

Unfortunately, Doctors or Hospitals will often not investigate until you have had 3 consecutive miscarriages (or it could have been where I was living at the time).
Best wishes to you for future attempts. Try to follow a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
