I am very happy for you. Enjoy this wonderful time of your life.
Definitely try the ring it was right with both of my pregnancies.
I also dreamed of having boys. A gypsy women told me partner, before my first son was born "you've gonna have a boy". That reminds me of a Muddy Waters song.

Congratulations. I did the wedding ring test and was told mine is a girl, had my scan last week and its a boy.

If you look at the fleshy instep of you feet you might be able to make out the shape of a fetus - sadly I cannot remember which side is which, I have a feeling the right is a girl and left a boy, but I could be wrong!

Wedding Ring test - boy or girl

I did the wedding ring test. I went in a straight line, which accorning to my book is boy (with round and round being a girl)

Then I found some pages on the internet, and it says, it is the other way around?!?!?!?! And straight line is a girl.

Can any one confirm, what they think is a girl or boy, round and round or straight?!?!?

I also haven't been on HP for quite a while (have been away having a baby too!!) but I'm sure I remember you. 🙂

As for guessing the sex - I dowse but not with a wedding ring, and just ask it boy/girl and get a yes/no. If I don't know the person I just need a photo of them, and it's usually spookily accurate!

another way to try and guess is too look at your scan notes and if your babys heartrate is 150bpm or over it is usaully a boy,our midwife swore by this and claimed she was never wrong,apperantly boys have much higher heart rates than girls and in our case she was spot on
