I have two boys,the first one was 6lb 12oz,and the second one was6lb 13oz.It was easier given birth to the second one then it was for the first.One is 29now and the other is 26,with a child each.[sm=hidesbehindsofa.gif]

3 boys - 7lbs 14oz, 7lbs 2oz, and 8lbs 8oz. The first labour went on for 36 hours - I was really put out when they said it was a normal delivery! The second one was nearly born in the lift tand the midwives didn't have time to glove up. The third one - disappointing as it was a domino and the mid-wife broke my waters so she could get it over with quickly and the contractions were very hard and fast. Anyway - they are 21, 19 and 16 now - middle one is quite little still though.

My 16 year old Daughter was 7lb 4oz and my 3 year old Son was 7lb 5oz.

Made a promise to myself that l wouldn't have any pain relief with either birth. In labour 16 hrs with my first and 2 and a half hours with my second (the most painfull of the two) [:@] But l kept my promise to myself and Babies.

My son who is now 16 weighed 7lb 11oz that was a very long labour, but my daughter who is now 11 weighed 9lb 9oz and I was lucky to get to the hospital in time. It was much nicer with my second because I wasnt allowed any pain relief as things as progressed so much and they wanted the baby delivered straight away, so I was more aware of what was going on rather than being totally out of it like I was with my first born.

to sons........... matthew now 8 was7lb 5oz was in labour 36 hours and had to have vontouse in the end to help him out.
Lyndon is now 2 was 7lb 7oz was in labour 8 hours and had to be cut (think they both have big heads lol) !!!

no more for me got sterilisted a month a go lol.

I have three little boys:

Boy.1 (now 3) 14 days overdue was 10lbs exactly, planned home waterbirth ended up transferring to hospital in an ambulance after 3 days of labour! born naturally in the end with an epidural and with no assistance.

Boy. 2 (now 20mths) - 5 days overdue, weighed 9lbs 12oz (my tiddler!). Planned homebirth but induced in hospital due to pre-eclampsia. 4hr labour with epidural, no assistance.

Boy. 3 (now 6mths) - 1 day overdue, weighed 11lbs 3oz. Home Waterbirth with no assistance and no pain relief - just the birthing pool, homoeopathy and hypnosis. Labour was an absolute dream and he just pushed himself out - the biggest ones are the easiest I say!

I have 3 boys
1st boy Kyle now 16 was 8lb 1oz and 52cm long forceps delivery. Two weeks late so induced labour
2nd boy Benjamin now 12 was 8lb 9oz 58cm long normal delivery in 1hr 20 mins. Two days late.
3rd boy Jordan now 11 was 8lb 8oz 56cm long and two weeks early born at home which was absolutely wonderful.
Ante-natal and post-natal care was fab but they wanted me to have Jordan in hospital as they said he was going to be 10lbs at least and I am only 5ft 1in.

Daughter 1 - born 1986, 6 days late - 8lb 8oz - 29 hours labour (4cm dilated for what felt like days!). On gas and air - breathing it out straight into my husbands face - we were both stoned! At one point he told me he had to go and bring in the cows...... he was a naval officer at the time! When Ginnie came into the world I was on my hands and knees - hubby put her on the pillow in front of me and I remember saying "Oh, look, I've got a frog" - well, she looked like one! Now a very beautiful 19 year old fashion student. Baby blues set in after 6 days, when at home, and I was too sore and too tired to do the dusting, which I thought would upset my visitors - I cried unconsolably for days. My midwife was brilliant, and got me through it with lots of empathy and cuddles.
Daughter 2 - born 1989 - also 6 days late - 10lb 7oz - 20 hour labour. I laughed through most of it (apart from passing the watermelon bit!) as I had been for hypnotherapy classes to help with pain control. I was in a cottage hospital - just one other new mum in the building. I was hyper-amnious (too much fluid) and when my waters broke I looked like 'Old Faithful' (geyser in Yellowstone). The midwife (another brilliant woman) had to call in the cleaner to help mop up the water - I sat giggling and every time I snorted with laughter, another geyser would erupt - at 6.30 in the morning she arrived - two hands first, like a diver (she had been living in her own olympic sized pool remember!). No crying - she smiled at everyone in the room and has been a smiley person ever since. The doc was called to repair the tears - when he asked the midwife for a miners lamp and a rope, as he was "going in", I got the giggles again and he had to wait for me to stop..... Lissie is now 15, 5'9" (size 8 feet!) and a joy. I didn't get the blues that time, which I think was avoided by being able to induce self-hypnosis to help me relax.
What an expericence! And, since I had G, we have moved onto a farm - still no cows!

My first baby - boy now 16 and way taller than me! (im only 5ft 4 tho!) was 8lb 12oz - I had to have an x-ray to make sure he would fit through my pelvis!! ouch!! he did - but only after a lot of pushing & shoving on my stomach from the midwife!! That hurt worse than the birth!!!! [:@]
My second one boy again now 14 and still puny! lol was just 5lb 6oz and when they said stop pushing for a moment - I said you want me to clench cause im not pushing!! Hes sliding out!! lol I liked that birth! 😀 He had see through skin when he was born!

My third and final!! girl was 8lb 3oz and they thought she was going to be small! Turned out I was just "all baby"!! She is now a tall 7 year old

i have 3 children,
first child is my son who is now nearly 19 and 6 ft tall, he weighed 8lbs 1 oz and a 6 hr labour,
my second was my daughter who is now 14 and she weighed 9lbs 7ozs after a 90minutes labour and is now very slender,
and my 3rd child is my 2nd daughter and she weighed a whopping 9lbs 11ozs,after a 3 hour labour, she was also 57 cm long so she was huge and fitted into 3 month old clothes. she too is slender now,and she has a six pack to die for.
both my daughters are dancers so i presume that is why they are so toned,
i had them all with only gas and air and felt really chuffed with myself

I only have one child, a boy of 26. He weighed 8lbs 0oz at birth, and it took me 25 hours to have him, him being eventually delivered by Anderson's forceps.

He's now 6' 4" tall and slender. From the moment he was born, he cried for food, and hasn't stopped since! 😀 He has always had a very healthy appetite, and feeding him was a doddle - no fussiness whatsoever.

He grew up to be a plumber.

My first baby was born after 6 hours in established labour and weighed in at a healthy 9lbs 11ozs. She had a full head of hair and just looked intently at each person in the room, studying their faces- it was unbelievable!!!The first thing the midwife said was that I'd given birth to a three month old baby!!!! We had to cut the feet out of her 0-3 month baby gros that very first night!!! She is now 7 and in age 10-11 clothes with size 2 feet!

My second beautiful daughter was born after a two hour labour and weighed in at 9lbs 12ozs. She was short, podgy and bald- nothing like her big sis!!!! She is now 5, very skinny and a complete and utter drama queen!!!!

They were both even more special as I'd been told years before that I wouldn't concieve without fertility treatment, yet I fell pregnant the first month of trying with the first. The second wasn't even planned!!!!!!!

I had my daughter who was6 lbs 9 oz
Son6 lbs 13 oz
Son 7 lbs 9 oz

I was aged 16, 20, and 22 at their births. I think it made a difference to be older. I was 4 feet 11 inches at 16 and grew with each child! I am now 50 and 5 feet tall; )

I didn't ever scream during birth, just moans and grunts with the pushing. I tried to use relaxation, but boy was it hard.

A baby boy 9lbs 4oz. Seems like a long time ago now, I can't believe he's 14 months old!!
The birth was no problem, the placenta was hell!!!

Our eldest daughter (now 18) weighed 6 pounds 6 ounces. Our youngest daughter (now 16) weighed 6 pounds 7 ounces.....just 1 ounce difference! 🙂

My daughter (now 4) was 5lb 14 and a half and 4 weeks early. It was a fast labour and very intense, she arrived a lot sooner than they thought after my water's broke. She couldn't feed after the birth and had breathing problems so spent some time in the special care baby unit being tube fed glucose at first and on oxygen. She was then tube fed milk before being able to feed herself. It was great to have her home as I only had to stay in until the day after I gave birth and had to go home without her, it was an awful time. She has grown into a lovely, lively and tall girl now 🙂

My son (2 anda half now) was 7 lb 12 and a half and came 2 weeks early. Another fast labour and I chose to go on the mother's suite which is more like a birthing unit, much more homely and with less involvement from the midwives. Felt much more controlled with that birth as I knew what to expect and with both had gas and air only but with my son I barely used any. I was pushing for 2 hours to get him out and I just about did it because he was becoming distressed, his heartbeat was dipping. They called the doctor in and I was all ready to have help getting him out when I had one more contraction, I remember the doctor, midwife, studen midwife and my husband all shouting push and I made a really big effort and out he came. I was so pleased with that. He took to feeding right away and we were home 8 hours later 🙂

I would really love another baby or 2 but my husband isn't so sure, he's thinking about it. Also I have pcos and had 4 miscarriages between my daughter and son which was heartbreaking and one after him, apparently the pcos makes me prone to recurrent miscarriages 🙁 I do feel blessed to have my little ones though and they were worth every second of pain.

My eldest son now 4yrs was 6 days overdue and weighed 7lbs 8oz, my daughter 2yrs was 8lbs 10oz was 7 days overdueand was arrived very quickly - 12 minutes after I arrived at hospital on her elder brother's birthday! Our youngest son, 9months was 8lbs 14 days overdue, after being induced. Funnily enough I was smaller when pregnant with my daughter and she was the biggest of all of them!

My daughter was born January 6, 1997. She weighed 8lbs 4oz. I am only 4' 10" tall. I had to have a c-section. She is now 9 years old and is only 4' tall and weighs 60lbs

Well I only have one and she was 6lbs 12ounces. Seemed like a tiny little thing until we got to breastfeeding and she became overweight at two months. Wow! My labor was awesome and quick however the doctor thought she would be huge so I got a ephisiotomy which was painful and unnecessary because she was so little and the placenta was huge[:o]Too bad I can't have such a wonderful experience as giving birth again. Congrats to all the moms. It is a tough job with alot of rewards.

well, I haven't given birth yet, but I have a predicted weight of 6lbs 10oz.
