I am 6 weeks gone and suffering from real food nausea. Foods that I love one minute, I hate the next. I can even prepare a meal and feel okay about it, then when I sit down to eat, take a few mouthfuls and feel sick and have to leave the rest. Is this normal? I am not normally a fussy eater, so finding this a bit frustrating.

hopefully it wont last for long. In the meantime, try eating little and often
dont worry about wont you eat, dont go mad eating for 2 but just eat what you fancy and what you can keep down
dont forget to drink plenty of water
I agree with hemelgirl, it happened to me too. My usual salads were replaced by bland food such as carbohydrates - potatoe, chips, pasta which was the only food that I could stomach. Just listen to your body and it should soon pass once you're in your second trimester.
