Hello everyone.
Just wondered if any of you lovely people have any advice regarding endometriosis and fertility. I recently had a laproscopy for a suspected ovarian cyst and through surgery also found extensive evidence of damage from endometriosis. I have been married for a year, I'm 28 and desperate to start a family, but at the moment it all seems a little desolate and overwhelming. I do use crystal and spiritual healing to an extent, although I am onlylearning about these things.I'd be very grateful for any advice!
Thank youxxx

RE: endometriosis

Endometriosis can be blamed for infertility problems but never say never. I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis at the age of 38 and was told the chances of my getting pregnant was like flying to the moon. My daughter arrived 10 months later!!!:)

RE: endometriosis

HI,

Redently discovered that I may have endo and require a laparoscopy to determine this. Certainly don't seem to be getting pregnant! And don't really want a lapa either!

Did you receive any treatment or did you get pregnant anyway?

THanks,
Lilmo

Hi Serendipity

Try taking some Australian Bush She Oak Flower Essence - it has an amazing track record for balancing hormones and enhancing fertility. You take it for 4 weeks, rest for 2 weeks and then repeat the cycle for as long as you wish. Flower essences are not about getting pregnant but they can really help us become clearer about why fertility is a problem. And She Oak just makes you feel good anyway......

I am not an expert on nutrition but I do know that endometriosis can be greatly reduced by looking at diet......there must be a lot of info on the net about this or maybe someone else can come advise you there.....

Good luck!
Sara

RE: endometriosis

HI Sara,

Hadn't heard about the essences before - I'll research that - THANKS!

My research has pointed towards reducing dairy and increase fibre. I'm gluten intolerant so slightly more tricky to get more fibre into my diet. I thought I ate a very good diet now so this is frustrating. I do lots of fruit and veg and brown rice. What next....arrghhhh.

I'll take a deep breath a research again.....think I was in shock a few days ago when I got the intial diagnosis and perhaps in denial. Now ready to tackle things.

Thank you!

Hi Serendipity[sm=xmas-smiley-022.gif]
I had a laparoscopy last year and had 2 ovarian cysts removed and they also discovered i had endometriosis so they did a scrape. I was told that my chances of getting pregnant without some kind of fertility treatment would be slim. I havent given up on myself getting pregnant naturally yet and im 35! You are still young and i have heard of, and know many women who were diagnosed with severe endometriosis and yet still became pregnant naturally when they relaxed and didnt expect it. I have read that cutting down on your intake of red meat can reduce endometriosis. Please try and stay positive and relax. I know it can feel very overwhelming at times but to quote foremarion "never say never" and you always have your friends here to chat to.

love and light
