breastfeeding with implants?

Hi there,

I have breast implants which was taken two months before and living a healthy life. Now i am pregnant (four months). I have been told by my friends that the implants may affect breastfeeding. I talked to my plastic surgeon and he said everything is going to be fine. He added, there will not be issues with them. However, i am concerned. I wanna know if anyone had brest implants and followed pregnancy. Is it safe to breastfeed? Will it affect my baby?
