ok this is weird, but I feel that I am always hungry and if I don't have anything to eat, then I start to feel extremely nauseas (sp?) as well, I am trying to go for all the healthy choices, fruit, etc but I just can't seem to stop myself from being hungry.

Does anyone know anything that will help?

RE: always hungry?

hi linzi [sm=wave.gif]

i'm not pregnant but i do get this feeling, it may be your blood sugar level dipping and as the oestrogen levels are higher in the first trimester this could be a factor too ( i take the pill with a high oestrogen content and a side effect is a queasy feeling).

things i would recommend is eating little and often that releases energy slowly-for the nausea try eating an apple or salt n vinegar crisps, the latter not very healthy i know but for me it took the sick feeling away!

someone advised me to breathe through my mouth instead of my nose when the nausea started.

hope this helps.:D

I believe that my body tells me when I need something.... that may explain why I have been wanting salt & vinegar crisps (at least that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!) ! 😀

thank you

if you're hungry, eat more often! banana sandwiches are a great filler (specially with strips of sweet red pepper). are you drinking enough water? often we think we're hungry when we're actually thirsty!
