im 20yrs old.i staart realise that i hav oab since 15yrs old.so how to cure withoud any medication.what type or herb that can really cure my oab.?

hypocompliant bladder !!
recently, i consulted with urologist. and did a urodynmic test.the result shwn that i have hypo compliant bladder, not OAB ! now i waiting for another appointment for mri analysis yet.bcause doc said,it might be spinal cord problem.but now what should i do now?.i am still 20yrs.i had addcited for caffein b4 for about a year too.but now i stop.

Ooooh! This doesn't look straightforward.
My only suggestion is to look at the possiblilty of you are comfortable with you can work with them over the phone or Skype - you don't have to travel to see them.

You have been thinking a lot about your health. It is always on your mind. You are 20. The body will look after itself better if you stop the mental involvement into how body is. As I mentioned in another post give yourself a break from worrying about health. That will boost your health. Go do fun things, take your focus away from health problems.

Doing mudras everyday for a total of 45 minutes for a few months can sort many an obstinate problems by balancing energies and elements in your body.
The best part is what you resolve this on your own with a little trust and commitment to yourself. Mental clarity and enhanced sense of well being etc are also a side benefits of mudras
Another little exercise is to strengthen the muscles to start and stop mid flow several times while peeing. That strengthens the muscles
Next you must stop making it into a big deal. Treat it as something that you can take in your stride.Many many people are curing themselves of deadly diseases with trust in themselves...your problem is certainly resolvable.
