I am suffering form writers cramp for last 5 years and I am a student. When I start writing my hand becomes stiff and I cannot write for more than 5 minutes.
Neurologist suggested there is no medicine for it. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions/advice? I would be grateful.
RE: writer's cramp
Writers Cramp is a form of dystonia. I know this because I have another form of dystonia. Its not very nice, is it!
Here is some info:

And here is a good forum where you can talk to others and find more information:

RE: writer's cramp
It could be good ol fashioned carpal tunnel syndrome, but either way I would get an opinion from an osteopath.
CTS can cause a wide range of hand & forearm sypmtoms and there are several Threads on it on HP if you do a Forum Search.
Other possiblities include thoracic outlet syndrome, and neck problems.
