Hello everyone. I'm new here, but wondering whether thare are others who can share experiences of ME.?
Had chronic fatigue some years ago, have a search on the forums, I've shared some of my thoughts there.
My best advice is to look into great nutrition, drink HEAPS of water and looking at removing the effects of negative toxins. Also look into your beliefs about the illness and what it's presence in your life means to you. Are there any gains? (Tough one to answer, I know the first time I thought about it, I was less than pleased with that suggestion, no offence intended).
I have since trained in complementary therapists and take an interest in this field, there are a number of different therapies which can greatly help to reduce the effects of this problem, for some, the results can be rapid and very long lasting.
Don't ever believe anyone who says you have to sit and wait for a year or that you will never recover, it is perfectly possible, keep looking.
