Few things going on in my life at the moment and I am starting to feel low. Don't want to go to the doctors and get medication would prefer something in the natural stream.
I have started meditation - brilliant! Can any one recommend some thing herbel to take? Also I am sure that diet could help as well?
Would be great to hear from some one.

Sorry to hear you're feeling low, and must ask you to forgive the very brief reply. Elsewhere in this forum there's a thread headed "Struggling" and another on "S.A.D." If my memory serves me correctly, the SAD one has links to other threads on the same subject, with some good advice about diet. Just scroll down the list, and you'll find them, also some other threads about stress and anxiety.
I can't offer herbal advice, I'm afraid, not being qualified, but I do know a medical herbalist who is wonderful and so are her potions! (I prefer tinctures to tablets) Have started taking St Johns Wort to ward off possible effects from the shorter days, and it's brilliant, but I believe there can sometimes be contra-indications, so it's always best to check.
