Came across a fabulous Australian website with a wide range of free downloadable modules for self-help. These are based on cognitive behavioural therapy and include programmes for:
Depression
Bi-poloar disorder
Social anxiety
Generalised anxiety disorder
Panic disorder
Assertiveness
Procrastination
Perfectionism
Here is the link
I've seen a wide range of CBT-based self-help materials over the years, and am impressed with these, especially as they are accessible and available for free.
EDIT to add:
Another fabulous site for CBT (+some other) resources, both for therapists and clients, is this one - - there are many dozens of free downloads, leaflets, worksheets etc.

Brilliant, thanks a lot for that!!
Looks like a great resource. Thanks for posting. I have bookmarked it for a browse later.
This looks amazing, thank you so much for posting xx
I've done about 5 of the modules for procrastination and it's helped a hell of a lot, I'm surprised this stuff is free because it seems like the type of stuff you'd find in a book! What's most beneficial for me is the worksheets and how it makes it personal to you, instead of just reading pages about procrastination/depression/etc. Cheers so much for posting - hope it helps others as much as it's helped me so far!!
xx
Glad you found it helpful, icecreamdream, I myself seem to keep putting off studying the procrastination modules for some reason...;)

Thanks for posting this information, Masha. The thread has now been 'pinned' to the top of the forum for future reference, which many will surely find very valuable.
