not being a man I can't offer any advice apart from talking to your GP who maybe able to help or refer you to someone who can.
However, I do have vague memories of seeing something on TV ages ago which was about various embarraing problems & I may be very wrong here so don't take my word for it but I seem to recall a technique of squeezing the end of the penis just before you climax which will/might delay the orgasim...but..as suggested, talk it through with your doctor. A lot of men suffer in silence with this problem due to embarresment but surley if your doctor can find a way around this then it's worth it:eek:

I suffered from this problem years ago aged 16-20 and i think mainly due to anxiety and need to perform. Also, as sex was not reular i think i would become over-wrought at times. As you have a partner you are in a position to relax and both of you try and solve the problem. Firstly, i'd suggest maybe letting it happen and then starting over with your girlfriend and see if you feel less sensitive second time around.
The squeezing the tip method can help some guys, but not all. Many men try to distance themselves for a while and not think of the sensatins you are having - think of anything mundane and see if this helps at all - after a while you should notice you feel less anxious and can truely enjoy the sex. Another thing to try is a cock ring - a device which fits around the penis and balls and acts to delay orgasm. My wife and I periodically use a cock ring and have found it to be of great benefit in delaying climax and allowing us to explore eachother for a longer peiod.
Follow these steps and speak to a GP - people are available to help. Sex is a vital part of a relationship and really is worth looking at each option.

I've heard of applying pressure at the base, next to the scrotum. I believe this interrupts/delays the onset of ejaculation. My husband does this when he wants to continue longer...either it works, or it's because he's concentrating on something else 🙂
