Hi, this may be the wrong section so sorry in advance.
Basically I'm 26 years old and I look like I'm in my mid teens. A lot of people will say to be grateful and they wish for this but it really gets me down and I'm starting to think there could be something health related. Is that a thing?
I can't grow facial hair, only fluff. I have a babyish looking face so it's a bit off-putting for potential partners as they tend to think I look too innocent.
Are there any supplements which could boost ageing? Could I be low in testosterone/hormones or something? Bad diet? (I think I eat pretty healthily). It just seems like my body has been put on hold from developing further...
I've been feeling this for years now and I don't know what to do.
Thanks

Hi
Welcome to the site.
Why don't you get a medical check up from a doctor. If you tell him/her your concerns I'm they will can let you know if anything is amiss.
I would be careful about experimenting with supplements until you know for sure that you need them.
Agree with scommstech - go see a GP and ask for a blood test to check for hormone levels.
You are in the right place. Asking the question is always the beginning of discovery! I also agree see your GP to check hormone levels. Keeping asking questions and stay aware of how your body feels.
Welcome to the forum. Great place to learn.
Thanks all! I'll book an appointment. Is what I suggest plausible though, that low hormone levels could prevent growth as such?
Yes, delighted you that you will make an appointment with your GP...good going! All questions are plausible and keep searching, asking and discussing. Have a great weekend
