You need to get to a doctor and have your urine tested.

Dark brown urine could be (note: "could" not "is") an indication of blood in the urine and that could be caused by any number of things. Could simply be a kidney stone that has dislodged which has caused some blood and then the stone could be on it's way out, which can be painful or not depending how big it is. Could also be any one of a number of other things.

Get to a doctor and get tests done. I'm sure it'll be ok, but the sooner you find out the sooner you can get sorted, and it's better to find out sooner rather than later.

It sounds like cystisis to me (men can get it too!). You don't say where you live, but in the UK you can buy over the counter medication for that.

Best bet is to try to get to a doctor, though - better to be safe.

It sounds like a run of the mill urinary tract infection. When you don't drink enough, you're not flushing your bladder out properly and bacteria grows to high levels. Your doctor will prescribe antibiotics and increased fluid intake 🙂

I am not sure whats going on and i am looking for some help. Yesterday i started feeling like i had to urinate constantly when i go the urine is dark brown / yellow and has a strong ammonia odor. there is pain in my penis and i feel like i have to urinate all the time. I have not seen a DR cause i cant afford it. I am 39 &married so i wouldnt think it could be a disease. Any ideas?

My advice would be to go to the doctor immediately. Go to emergency department of any hospitals and see the doctor.
Strong odor + brown/yellow urine + needs to wee constantly is a warning sign. It is not always std .... so, go immediately!!!!!!!
