Hi I'm a 17 year old guy and I'm having a bit of a problem with my ankle. I sprained it about 2 weeks ago playing football and stopped all sports and exercise on it for about a week and half so it could heal which I thought it did. So once I thought it healed so I played againand rolled it inwards. I can walk on it but I don't feel like I can run on it or that I can squat on it, it does hurt a bit when I walk on it. Now I know what to do with a sprained ankle rest it, ice it, compress it & elavate it but I work on my feet all day lifting or standing and I can't really have weeks off to let it heal properly. Is there anything I can do? I have purchased a ankle support to wear at work to hopefully help it and I have got it iced and elevated as we speak. What shall I do?

It is probably nothing more than a sprain and needs more rest to get back to normal.
Go slow on sugar nad add extra nutrition to aid helping. If not averse to eating meat, can consume bone broth
However, I would suggest that you see your GP. Let them have a poke about and see everything is as it should be. Always good to rule out nasties
Good luck
