Hi all

I have a friend who had a nasty car accident 3 years ago and her legs were badly crushed, wondered if anyone had someany suggestions for therapies that might help, details as follows:

Left Hip - cracks and crunches a lot more than it used to when i flex the hip joint.Gleuteus muscles have deep ache, not a sharp pain.

Knee - front of the knee around the tendons and ligaments and the back at the tendons where it hurts. It aches all the time and is too tender to be touched. Butcan walkfine, swells if has done too much walking.

Surface nerve injury all downshin.

Any help gratefully received, she's a lovely lady who has a great spirit!

Many thanks

As a sports therapist I have interest in movement patterns and compensatory patterns, try to find a local theapist, remedial masseur with similar interests, however a decent masseur would do lots to aleviate your muscular tension. for your shin problems a myofascial release therapist would help,
