:eek:HI EVERYONE
Can anyone shed any light on a problem I have, My feet are killing me!! Absolutly aching, every footstep I take is sheer agony, this started last week.
Its not from neglect (hard skin or callouses)! No new shoes or injuries!
I am under quite a lot of stress at the moment and wonder whether or not this could be related! Any Ideas 😮

RE: PAINFUL FEET

Hi Candy,

Could you tell us more about the pains in your feet. Is it both your suffering with or the one? Is there anything visible? Are the pains in your toes or the heel etc?
Also, do you suffer from diabetes?

Take Care

Hi Michele,

The pains/aches are in both feet on the ball, instep and heel. Ive tried using my foot spa to relieve some of the aches, but it has no beneficial effects whatsoeveer. Im not diabetic. Any Ideas or remedies[&:]

RE: PAINFUL FEET

Sounds like your arches may have dropped causing possibly plantar fasciitis and/or spur heel. This is where the ligaments are stretched and begin to calcify.

Your best bet would be a visit to a podiatrist for a biomechanical assessment. You may need some orthotics in your shoes.

Hi Candy,
Sorry i didnt get back sooner.
At first I thought it maybe something to do with diabetic neuropathy.
But as it's not, I would agree with Lesley. If you want some more information on Plantar Fascitis I found a link which may help you:

Let us know how you get on.

RE: PAINFUL FEET

It does sound like plantar fasciitis, possibly falling medial arches & maybe heel spurs too. They do tend to come together & as a personal trainer your feet probably get a fair old pounding. [:@]

I've talked at length on this elsewhere on this, so have look round under likely headings. It wasn't that long ago & it'll be under General Health or check under Ailments lower down first page. [:-]

If you can't find, come back to me & I'll look.

And.

RE: PAINFUL FEET

Any Ideas . .You did say any so as you've had all practical solutions 🙂 & I do ditto all above info . . heres sopme extra thoughts to accompanying your recovery journey .. same destination but perhaps another route to also explore & consider 😀
Hmmn okay . . take a deep breath as this will sound mad
- but it is worthy of considering as what you have already mentioned . . stress . .is excrutiating - especially if left alone unacknowledged
stress contributes soo much to our physical ailments .
ie does life right here, right now feel as if it were killing you if you didnt change something or could you carry on like this happilly forever,
maybe that every step forward is challenging to you, headingf towards a place you just dont want to reach , that actually you are aching all over, right to the very core . . heart, mind & soul.
That perhaps the neglect is not the feet but the whole you , examples - goodness taken out - drained - accompanied with no goodness going back in - no time for you, no time to eat properly,( of vital importance muscular, cellular level ) nobody looks after you the way you do them etc etc
Did anything last week happen which could be the straw that broke the camels back . . the weight becomes unbearable

Anyway - just a thought - please , if it isnt for you at all
- simply disregard as mumbo jumbo
Either way, all ways - hope your feet become less painful.
