Hello All

I have since a teenager developed blueish purple colouring when low temperatures in various bodily areas
face arms legs hands & feet.

I had a heart murmur at birth, I used to have panic attacks when aged 7-9 when I was running around or hyped I would feel a pounding heartbeat & would rush myself to my bedroom and grab my pillow from my bed to rest my head upon. I was frightened because it was my breathing that I felt was controlling itself.
This did naturally stop happening.

I spoke to a g.p who spoke about Raynard disease, yet never spoke of any treatments specifically (for me) they said that UV lighting is helpful in small amounts of exposure.

Does any one know of any herbal or alternative remedies to help regulate a healthy heart/blood circulatory system...?

Thank you (in advance) for any advice

Hydeee x

Learn how to breathe everyday at least 30mins a day.

You may notice there is technique to learn
a) how to breathe when swimming
b) how to breathe when singing
c) how to breathe when running

for me, last time I always have a dark eye cycle. Now no more. But I did not make it a habit for a daily exercise basis, therefore I might easily fainted, or exhausted when running or anything too too excited. At this point, it does not need any supplement but to try this "learn how to breathe" properly. Panic does happen for those who does not know how to swim. How to breathe + how to swim works together.

I've heard that certain herbal teas are meant to be quite good in improving circulation and general health, it might be worth looking into 🙂
