Hia Folks

It feels like a tight band across my head. It seems to come on when I am not doing anything, if I think about it happening, or if I am bored. It tends to fade if I am busy and doing stuff. I can go for a long time without it, then when it appears I seem to get it for days on and off. It makes me tired and moody. Sometimes it still stays even if I am busy.

I dont take painkillers, so what's the remedy? 😡

I think I would make an appointment with my GP if this was a regular occurence.

Forums are not the best place to get a diagnosis. It's worth keeping a diary to see if anything triggers it off - foods, stress, workload, lighting conditions. etc etc. Have you had your eyes tested recently? Are you hydrated enough?
Then if you see a GP at least you are prepared with some information to help the GP move towards a diagnosis.

Best of Luck
Judith

I have found many clients have recovered from head aches using Holographic breathing. When you get used to this technique you can do it anywhere.

As a massage therapist I am bias, but a massage can solve the problem. Or you can do it yourself by massaging the sub-occipitals.

hi

I suggest you go to a . I find them really effective for him as it gives holistic techniques. They are employed to not only relieve pain, both physical and emotional, but to get to the core causes of why the pain is there so it can be effectively removed. Check them!

The headache can be reduced by taking raw vegetables. It really worked for my friend, you can also practice breathing exercises for good results.
