I hope everyone is in good health.

I am currently going through one of the most toughest times in my life. My close uncle has had a heart attack and his condition is very critical only God (Allah) can rescue him god willing.

I am just wondering all the great people on this forum can give me some advice reguarding my body. I have excellent health thank god, but this current incident with my uncle has left me down and I want to keep my body healthly and maintain it. I currently exercise 2-3 times week. I walk it to work about 20 mins each way so thats 40 mins walking per day. I do eat alot i tend to get hungry quite easily after about 3 hours.

I havent paid much attention to my body over the years as I have been 99% healthly, but I would like to do some checks? I want to make sure my blood pressure is correct, glocuose levels are right, if my heart is correct. I really want to maintain my body I have started eating lots of fruit and veg lately and trying my best to drop the soft drinks exchanged for water.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Please make a small 1 mins prayer for my uncle Mohammed Iqbal from Scotland, UK. He is 41 and looks 31 and is young and very handsome man and very close to me. It doesnt look like he is going to make it I need a miracle.

God bless.

RE: Hello

Sorry about your uncle.. He's very young for a heart attack.

The only advice I can give you is go and see your own doctor and explain about your uncle and his young age and ask for a medical check up and a cholesterol level in a blood test.
Because of his age he may have a high cholesterol level due to genetic factor. So its worth you checking it out.

Hope your uncle will be ok.

RE: Hello

Bless your uncle and you for worrying about him,

i think when something happens to someone close to us its natural for us to look at our own lives, it is good that you are healthy and keeping fit, i think food plays a big part in our lives too, natural good food and sensible eating, if you eat a lot it doesnt have to be all bad, nuts are a good form of nutrition, quite filling and a good snack. Water is a fantastic way to 'feed' your body. I personally dont drink enough. I went through a stage were i swapped my hot drinks for water for about three months, my skin was lovely and i had less headaches etc, but i eventually drank less and less.........and soon back on the hot stuff...

i love all the unhealthy food but try to limit it, one because of weight but mostly because my mother has just had a heart bypass and i am a bit like her in the fact i get migraines occasionally, and other stuff, so i dont want to end up with a bad heart either, so it does make you think.

i mean the body is a fantastic machine i suppose it needs the proper 'oil' in it to keep it going and doesnt clogg up to much.

take care
hope all goes well

Sheangel 😀
