Last year I pulled my groin muscle. It healed but ever since I haven’t been able to sit cross legged for too long without it getting stiff and sore. Nothing else hurts and there is nothing else wrong with it, but this is problematic because of my job. What are some ways I can loosen it back up and become more flexible with it again so I can sit comfortably on the ground.
