Hi their can anyone help - so tired that i cant seem to fuction. only seem to sleep - dont know what to do? blood test come back negative any hints on how to feel more alive and not tired?

wel first are you doing anything excesiv3e to make you tired.................like stayin up al night?what is your diet like. any masive change like new job,move house. are you feling at al like you have any energy in the day/ more detail is neded before we can help i think. also are ther any othe health probs? PLEASE EXCUSE TYPIN I HAVE A CRANKY KEYBORD

Your blood tests would have ruled out a physiological cause, such as thyroid, glandular fever or anaemia.

This could be related to an emotional trauma, perhaps depression or something else going on in your life. You may find that a therapy such as aromatherapy or reflexology may help you to rebalance. Such treatments, although relaxing to receive, can make you feel more energetic afterwards, if the right oils/techniques are used.

I also find that a supplement such as Pharmaton Capsules can be helpful if taken for a few weeks.

They are a supplement with ginseng, vitamins and minerals for the relief of daily fatigue. It is recommended that you take them for four weeks, although they can be taken up to twelve weeks.

I normally alternate one month on, one month off with my normal vitamin tablets.

You can get them in Boots and other chemists.

Hi there sorry wasnt sure what to include as i ramble. Work school teacher - 600 kids to teach. Diet eat well, dont smoke, on beta blockers (drink 2 halves of lager), exercise sometimes not lots. Drink green tea and fruit tea, cut down on caffine. Take a mutlivitamin. Basically try to lead a good lifestyle! All i know is that im fed up of being soooooooooooooooo tired!!!!!!
