I have been informed that the above item contains its own naturally occuring yeasts, even if the producers claim there is no added yeast. However, it seems unclear as to wether the items I recently purchased will contain any yeasts. The packaging claims the bread is "yeast free".

RE: Sourdough Bread - Candida diet
You could ring them or e-mail and ask about the yeast.
Having seen your web page reference I visited the site - very impressive - and ordered the 6 loaves to try them out. [some mention yeast in the descriptive notes, in others yeast is not mentioned]
They arrived very well packed, and very impressive notes and brochures.
They do need to be further baked for 30 mins or so - and I will try them out in a day or so.
The various meats may well be an alternative to the usual store bought foods - as an occasional treat even for a Candida Diet.
My wife and I are following a Candida diet after she had her hair analysed which suggested some candida being present. I bought some candida related books to help understand what is involved and which are very useful.
