i dont like to do gardening as i know the next day i will feel ill with pain in my shoulders and arms and neck.
anyway yesterday went out with group of friends, to cut long story short one got drunk and i had to steady her as she was not fit to walk on her own, getting home to her flat, i got out of car( had lift with someone) and with another person helped her up stairs to flat she fell over on stairs,pulled her up(she is heavy) took her home in her daughter's care( who was embarrassed!)i got home ok watched bit of tv has sumat to eat. onlt had one glass of white wine with meal,went to bed around 12.45am
this morning at around 6.30 woke up feeling sick and realised have got this pain in my shoulders and upperarms!
now it has spread to lower arms and hands,neck,face( neauralgia) and part of back and jaws feels tired.still feeling sick. took extra pain reliever at 7.15 am but doesnt seem to help.
I dont understand why it is so painful and wonder if it is something I should tell dr about as feel ill! when it has happened before it took a day to get better and now i realised helping my friend wasnt good idea!

Hi Af, so sorry to hear you feel bad today... it could be just from carrying your friend, and by the looks of if you may not have had enough sleep either....for peace of mind why not ring your doc as obviously he knows all your history, but in the meantime take it easy and try not to worry....and I'm sure your friend appreciates it 🙂

today I got this ache in my back so uncomfortable.shoulders arms still hurt neck ached in the night. front of my neck is sore. neuralgia in my head at places then it moves . annoying . seeing Dr tuesday for somthing else so will bring it up as if i have this all the time i do use my arms/shoulders it is not acceptable to me as i did bit of cooking yesterday and my arms ached making life diffciult. so will see what dr says .am much better then i was yesterday morning though.

ha didnt go to drs last tues as my vertigo was worse, so am trying to make appointment to go tomorrow. thanks for asking beautystudent. got feeling could be arthritis but i dont know.

saw dr she was more concerned about my heart so i am waiting for appot to see cardiologist .dont understand what heart has to do with these pains!:confused: my blood pressure was 194/94 oops!
will wait and see cardiologist and see what happens.

wow i hope all is ok...at least you went to the doc, it's better to check these things out and prevent anything serious. ..with that in mind, try not to stress about it so much, (easier said i know), watch your favourite movies and buy pretty flowers for yourself 🙂
