Since Christmas Eve have had the Lergy [X(]Smiled all through the making of Christmas dinner for the family also dashing 100 miles up to Norfolk 7 days later, for visits to family was not infected then just tiered still. Then another big dinner for Friends on New years Eve. Had then caught another germ two Viruses back to back been given Antibiotics by doc to stop any other infections but feel so tiered. Have had this before only worse, anyone with same this new 2004. It takes me an age to get back into form previously years my brain was effected. I had put my hand forward to pick up one object only for my hand to grab another most disconcerting[sm=sad2.gif]. Aches and pains some were quite bad had Cranial Ostiopath to sort that out she was brilliant, also in past had the brain scans to make sure it was not neurological. This time thank goodness only lethergy. I take all manor of vits including just started to take Echinasea again. I know some people get it very bad so I cant grumble really. Anyone feeling cimilarly of colour, and sorry for themselves.[sm=mecry.gif]

I supposedly have ME too, although I keep thinking it must be some sort of mistake and I'll be alright in a few days time, but this doesn't happen!
It's hard, but I will learn to deal with it and I keep thinking that it must have happened for a reason. I have had to give up my therapy work for now but perhaps it's happened to force me to think about things properly and concentrate my energies.
The best thing we can do is keep going at our own pace, it will go away once we have learned what we need to learn from it. I'm going on a ski-ing holiday in a few weeks which has been booked for a year. Not sure if I'll be able to actually do any ski-ing but I'm going to give it a really good go anyway. And if all else fails, we were at the same resort last year, so I know where the chocolate shop is and am quite prepared to spend a lot of time in it!

The air will do you good sounds a lovely place to be. I have had this before just have not got the extra energy to keep my home to the standard I like. Last week-end I had my Eldest daughter and my three darling granddaughters I was determined to get the house ready for them[:o]. They do not get to see the family so arranged for us to go out Saturday for dinner, lunch time meal for the childrens sake. Then Buffet lunch on Sunday[which I prepared they all enjoyed, it so feel good about this] When her Auntie and Cousin came over[&o]. This week though feel slow. I only work three hours in morning in a small office 10. till 1.00 so can manage that and a little shopping but not a lot more, soon as I got home it was bed for two hours[sm=cat.gif]. Doc thinks it may be Anaemia [blood low] spelling not right, do not have energy to find dicitonary, no spell check on this shame. I have to wait another 2 weeks then my doc says I can have a blood test to check if I am Anaemic. Failing that they will check my Thyroid next, my hair fell out some years ago in patches when I was like this I pray this does not happen again. On the brighter side my husband is very helpfull and will cook in the evening if I ask.[sm=smlove2.gif]

Why does your doctor wait to see what one test says before taking blood for another? Wouldn't it be more efficient to get all the tests done at the same time so he/she can quickly rule things out so you can progress in seeking treatment for whatever it is that is causing your tiredness? This is what several GPs have done with me and while it's a bit icky getting 6 little tubes of blood taken at once at least it's over with quickly.
Sorry for the delay in posting, my pc was broken. You were right about the air when I went skiing, I think it did do me some good. And the chocolate is sure to have done me some good too! Hope you are feeling better, take it easy.
