Fibromyalgia advice.

Anahata has a sticky at the top too with good advice.

I have found

You have to take whatever exercise you can, even if its just stretching.
Even if you have a bad spell, do a little then rest, you have to keep your muscles working.

I still find reflexology and acupressure/massage most beneficial.

Exercising in warm water is great. Try to make sure you get out in some daylight too.

I had a dose of a horrid virus recently and it has really knocked me back, but my qualified daughter is giving me a massage with acupressure today and my dear husband spends hours in the evenings massaging my feet, so I'm lucky there.
